WARRANTY AND PRODUCT CARE
All purchased items may be sent for repair to Lucy Jewelry® if the problem is due to a manufacturing defect. In such case, the piece will be previously evaluated by the Lucy Jewelry® production center to determine if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
The customer must deliver the piece directly to our Lucy Jewelry® store in Cartagena. If the customer is out of the country, the customer must assume the cost of shipping the piece to our store in Cartagena, Colombia.
Our warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase.
Lucy Jewelry® is not responsible for broken and/or lost stones. If the prongs of the setting are broken or the setting shows improper and poor handling or care of the jewelry, the guarantee will not apply and fees will be charged for repairing the piece.
For the care of the jewel, use water with a little dissolved soap and a soft toothbrush. Under no circumstances use ultrasonic cleaners or steam cleaners.
To preserve the jewels, it is recommended not to use them in the following situations to prevent damage to the gems and metal:
– Extreme activities that may lead to impacts and irreversible damage.
– Any contact with household chemicals that can cause corrosion and strong temperature changes that lead to fractures in the gem.
– Swimming in salty or chlorinated water
– When applying lotions and perfumes that accumulate residues over time, directly affecting the shine of the gems.
– Prolonged exposure to the sun can cause some damage to the emerald.
– Practice gardening or play with sand.
– When sleeping, uncontrolled movements can result in impacts that could damage the jewel. Additionally, sleeping with jewelry can impede blood circulation.
To protect the pieces, check that all the parts are always in good condition, in order to prevent the stones from falling out. To store them, it is recommended to use the packaging that was delivered at the point of sale or in plush or soft cloth bags, with the pieces separated to avoid abrasion.
RETURN POLICY
All our pieces will be final sales.
Items are accepted for return only if they present a manufacturing defect. The customer must deliver the piece directly to our Lucy Jewelry® store in Cartagena. If the customer is out of the country, the customer must assume the cost of shipping the piece to our store in Cartagena, Colombia.
The deadline to return the piece must be within 8 days of purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt.

REFUND POLICY
A refund will be made to the purchaser, upon request, only if there is a manufacturing defect in the part. To proceed with the refund, items must be returned in the condition at the time of purchase. The refund process will be initiated once the item is received at Lucy Jewelry® store in Cartagena and inspected by the Lucy Jewelry® production team to ensure that no changes and/or alterations have been made to the piece.
The customer must deliver the piece directly to our Lucy Jewelry® store in Cartagena. If outside of the country, the customer must assume the cost of shipping the piece to our store in Cartagena, Colombia.
In all cases, the item must be returned to the Lucy Jewelry® store in Cartagena with the original copy of the receipt.
